I'm a meat eater primarily but my mother has trained me to eat veggies since I was a kid.
Since then, I've learned to accept both so guess that technically makes me an omnivore.
Different kinds of food have their own pros and cons yet all serve an important role in our body (basic health stuff). Also don't forget about proper exercise, enough sleep, proper fluid intake (mostly drinking water) and all those other stuff doctors tell you to do.
