oh ya, the pads are working correctly because I told them I can tell them which sensors were broken. They gave me free credits on the machine and said, ok, go ahead and tell us which one are busted, and we will fix them" So I tested the four sides of the pad, and the big one that was broken was the 1P down arrow. The upper sensor was busted along with the left one. They fixed them all though! I also told them to make sure the SuperNOVA was always running correctly because the game is VERY popular, and it should be checked on a daily basis for broken sensors, considering the machine is one of the nicest in Illinois that i have seen.
