The following graphics have non-even dimensions (frame or overall):

Graphics/DifficultyMeter bar 2x1.png
Graphics/OptionsCursor underline 3x2.png
Graphics/CourseEntryDisplay difficulty 2x1.png

the Marvelous Shift Up seems weird as well (but that's to be expected, I guess), but otherwise, this is very much excellent. The TextBanners on the MusicWheel look like the closest anyone's ever gotten to the CARD display.
