What are the differences in 3.95 courses and 4.0 courses? I know some of the modifier's names need to be changed to work in 4.0 but I'm not sure of all of them and to what, not to mention I'm not sure of other minute changes.

I know the main issue is official songs in courses aren't allowed to be distributed here but I am making a course that features Ultramix series songs and want to be able to distribute the .CRS file without the official sims, making a course DB a nice idea if done right. |
From what I know, actually the only hardcore difference is that, to my knowledge, 4.0 doesn't allow noteskin attacks. Other than that, I wouldn't know, 3.95 is just better so I don't bother with 4.0.
