(Btw, that's omoide-tachi, with or without th e hyphen as your preference - plural of "omoide" / memories.) Mrrrr ... I'd go with something like this:

I can't help chasing after
The memories of days that won't ever return

Likewise, 逢いたいと願う modifies 気持ち here, I think, and ＸとともにＹする means to do Y along with X, so something like

Little by little, my longing for you
Sinks into the abyss with that gentle light
