"Mou nido to modorenai hibi" is a single sub-clause, meaning "days that won't return again" (think of it as "mou nido to modorenai" modifying hibi). (Btw, that's omoide-tachi, with or without th e hyphen as your preference - plural of "omoide" / memories.) Mrrrr ... I'd go with something like this:

I can't help chasing after
The memories of days that won't ever return

Likewise, 逢いたいと願う modifies 気持ち here, I think, and XとともにYする means to do Y along with X, so something like

Little by little, my longing for you
Sinks into the abyss with that gentle light
