Hey, and arcade in Florida (the Nexus) just recently got a pop'n music 13 machine and it's fully locked. No speed 5x or 6x, new EX's, or S-Random.

Is there any way to unlock a pop'n 13 machine in the US without e-amuse? If so, please post how. If not, let me know.
