I just came back from it.
I had a very good time, but to be honest, I'm not sure there was enough there for people to fork out $75-90. Thirty, maybe. Luckily for me, I was able to get in for free due to my IGDA membership.
Don't get me wrong, there were really good things there from all the companies that attended, but really, it was like Comic-Con for gamers. There were a bunch of retail booths selling game peripherals, cassic games and the like.
On the plus side, there were plenty of places to sit and eat and lots of people to talk to. There were even a few gaming celebrities there. I got the chance to meet and talk to David Perry and Tommy Tallarico.
Just to let you know, Konami is selling imported bemani CD's at their booth @ $40 a pop. These include:
-Tomosuke's Marble
-Taka's Milestone
-BeforU II
-Yamaoka's iFUTURELIST
-NAOKI's Revolution
If you don't have them, they are there.
