There's no modding that I know of for the Tatakon. Seeing as how I've opened the thing many times, some of your ideas are pretty much impossible to do on a regular Tatakon. The limited areas that you can hit is due to the design of the controller. Making it so you can hit the center requires someone to actually redo the entire sensor system by making another mesh, and that would take a bit of money and resources to do. There's no quick modding on a Tatakon, and I doubt that ANY modding technique at the moment is cheap. The only way to get everything you want is to make your own controller.
About the sensitivity issue, I've never had a problem with wailing on the Tatakon, but I have never actually played on the arcade machine, so I can't tell you how they compare. |
