I hope you take this as constructive criticism, but the only consistent problem I see with your animations is that you rely completely on tweening for your character movements and it gives them a very lifeless look. Have you ever taken any formal traditional animation classes? I think that would really, really help your animations since the stylization part is already there.
I'm sure you've seen it already, but take a look at how much smoother the animations in the Sam Bak Zaa flash animations (There She Is!! Pt. 1 and 2) look because they've been hand-animated. You lose a lot of 'character' to your characters when they all move and act in the exact same tweened fashion.
Also a round of applause for you not using wipes! It's much easier to follow the flow of the story without them
Wipes should be used sparsely, if not at all~ Simple instantaneous cuts are all you need most of the time, or the occasional fade-in/fade-out.
