I always find myself tapping my hands on my kneecaps and tapping my feet on the floor while I sit. Maybe an "appendage-mania" arcade game with four foot buttons, a seat, and four pop'n-ish hand buttons would be fun. It'd be pretty goofy, but I'd like to play it.
