So some people agree that these two songs (Xepher and KING of the SEA) are comparable in difficulty\chart structure\song value etc but I dunno, it's a big debate I think

I mean that buta punch, he's the KING of the SEA he's got more seamen on his poopdeck than deepbluevibes so that's pretty impressive I think. Kinda like how I've heard that Ron Paul can fit his entire hand in his mouth, now THAT is impressive
