I remember posting a solution about something similar awhile back. However, I'm not sure if it'll help you in this case. As seizuremania said, the problem depends on how the game is loading or crashing. But from your descriptions so far, it's still a bit hard to tell what you mean by "loading." Also, my solution pretty much really applies to whether you also got a fliptop to go along with your swap magic.
When I got my new fliptop and swap disc a year ago, I found out that when choosing certain songs, it will show the screen of the controller/bg movie/score display, but the song will still keep on trying to load and never does. Eventually, I figured out that the problem was the way the fliptop was manufactured. There was actually a piece of wire coming out of its hinge that sometimes interferes with the way the disc spins especially when it changes speed (like when loading songs where the laser had to read the very edge of the disc). A temporary solution was to simply open the fliptop whenever the problematic song is trying to load, then close the fliptop. The permanent solution was to actually cut and file that piece of wire off. |
