Well theres one inside, which you will need to take your console apart to get to, and a tiny one in a small gap above the power button area.

If you've done that... I really don't know what's up, make sure the brake isn't physically stopping the disk, and check the both the sensors again. It might be a good idea if you test it before you close the console back up. (run it without the top assembly fitted)
