I was interested in buying the Red Octane ignition dance pad and I have some quick questions if anyone is willing to answer them

I'm interested in buying the Red Octane Multiplatform Dance Pad 3.0 and I was wondering if it comes with the usb connectivity so I can connect it to the PC?

Also, on stepmania's website it says the dance pad automatically maps in with Stepmania 4.0 but I was wondering if it'll work perfectly fine with 3.9?

Is there a better pad then Red Octane (for around $50-$100 price range?)
