respective thread. As for the calendar, you can use a service such as Akibado or the aforementioned Rinkya to obtain it.
As for your second question: most if not all Japanese shopping commission sites charge a commission fee in addition to the fee of the item that you request. These are usually outlined somewhere on the site (such as
here in Akibado). If it's not on the site, you can shoot them an e-mail and they'll guide you through the process.
