Yeah, the keychains will generally fetch 10-20 opened, and anywhere from 20-40 sealed, depending on the character.
The posters aren't as expensive as you might think; 11CS stands to be the least expensive, usually averaging $15-20. Most CS posters are about $25, and most AC posters $35 (Adventure AC I know is at least worth $55).
There's obviously stickers, stuff that comes in the CS special editions, e-amuse wallets, plushies, mimi/nyami head pillows, doujins, H-doujins, t-shirts, and apparently candy as cstar has shown us.
