Default Konami and Sony put a downer on 2008 for Europe

(from zenius-i-vanisher.com)
"Dancing Stage SuperNOVA2 (AC) Not To Be Released

As suspected, the same reason Dancing Stage SuperNOVA cannot be sold any more in Europe has caused Dancing Stage SuperNOVA2 not to be released in Europe entirely. This is because Dancing Stage SuperNOVA/SuperNOVA2 uses Sony hardware instead of the old KONAMI hardware used in DanceDanceRevolution EXTREME/Dancing Stage EuroMIX2 and earlier machines. Parts of the EU legislation prevents certain Sony hardware parts to be distributed around Europe hence SuperNOVA2 cannot be released in Europe."

Well, looks like we have to settle for a CS release this time round, and (unless they change their hardware) in the future, too. That's bloody great, then.
