actually they upgraded it, and returned it due to problems (apparently). They were supposed to get it back, but they never did, and it sounds like they never gave shit in the first place.

Actually let me rephrase that, the returned it because it was broken (ITG2 upgrade), then they put the old ITG in, and I guess they got their money back, and they never gave a shit about upgrading it again.
