That's called an amusement license (or something of the like). Any arcade has to pay a certain fee to the state to pay to use the machine for public use per machine if they're charging people to play on it. For a place like GW, it's NOT that expensive.
PS - Regarding ITG scores, I saw your name on literally 5 songs on single, maybe like 3 or 4 on double and almost no courses. The majority of the scores are blank or really shi++y (in which case, it really isn't anything to be proud of). |
