Koreru, my current web host, is shutting down next month. Before then, I need to find a new shared hosting server. I'm looking for one with all of the following:

PHP 5 and MySQL 4 support
PHP safe mode disabled at all times
Cron job support
At least 5 GB of space
Payment through PayPal
At least one parked domain
At least three subdomains
At least four e-mail addresses
Monthly payments, no prepaying yearly or anything
No setup fee
Allow adult content
Linux environment
Shell access (optional)

The top three items are the most important as the most important segments of my site depend on them. I tried NearlyFreeSpeech but I decided not to stick with them since they keep safe mode enabled all the time. I'm looking to spend less than $10 monthly but I want to hear any suggestions you have. I would like to have a definitive answer before 2 April, as the servers will shut down completely the day after.

[Edit]I did a little shopping around and currently I'm liking Gold Rush and Gogax. Is there anything I should know about them?
