I've been using this in and out for the last week or so, and I must say it's a huge improvement over the default, and most of the themes for 3.9 (but you can't really count those here)
Although, i'm trying to figure out why online play isn't enabled, probably some technical reason behind that. And where are the speedmods at? I can't find out where to change them in any of the ini's like you can with the default theme.
