I have done it.
I have recreated the Mos Burger.
Mos Burger is a burger franchise in Japan that makes fucking amazing burgers. Their signature burger, also called the Mos Burger of course, was a favorite of mine when I was in Japan this past summer. Just an hour ago I managed to recreate this awesome taste. This is what it consists of, from bottom to top:
- Bun
- Meat patty
- White sauce (which is made from mayo, a little mustard, and diced onions... like... really small)
- MEAT SAUCE!!! (This is what makes the Mos Burger so fucking awesome. Just make meat sauce out of ground beef and tomato PASTE. Tomato sauce won't work as well because the sauce should be a bit more solid.)
- Tomato slice
- Other bun
Try it sometime. Try adding cheese. Or jalapenos. Come up with your own variations or recommendations if you want and post them in here.
