Los Angeles isn't a bad place. Theres a few good arcades. I'm partial to the one in the little Tokyo mall ( I don't remember the name either). Depending in what part of LA you'll live in will determine how good the school/niceness of people are. Also to make a correction, Yes there is drugs and alcohol blah blah. It doesn't matter what part of LA you live in its pretty easy to find drugs. Which is awesome if you like to do drugs but if you don't its not hard to avoid either so its not really much to worry about. Quote:
