Bake Sale for Boots
So after lots of support I decided to have a bake sale for our cat.
For people who don't know, he has a lower urinary tract infection which caused a blockage in his bladder. He was unable to pee at all, which led to a buildup of toxins in his system. Also, he was in a ton of pain and not really able to move. We took him to an emergency vet where they gave him morphine, ran lots of tests, hooked him up to an IV thing, and did some urinary bypass surgery thing so he could pee into a catheter.
Several hours after all this, we took him to another hospital so they could watch over him while he recovered, and maintain his catheter and IV fluids.
We're about to go pick him up, but the thing we're worried about is that the nurse said if the crystals in his urine cause him to block up again, then they would have to perform surgery for this not to be a problem anymore. She said there's about a 50% chance that he'll block up again (meaning surgery).
So after all this, we owe the vet hospitals a lot of money. I decided to have a bake sale to raise funds for his vet bills

We owe the emergency hospital $700 and the other hospital $250. Hopefully we won't have to have surgery! He's in a bad mood enough staying at the vet as is, heh.

SO HERE'S WHAT I'M DOING:
I'll be making PEANUT BUTTER CORNFLAKE COOKIES, CHOCOLATE FUDGE, and OATMEAL RAISIN COOKIES since these are the goods that don't expire quickly during mailing. I'll be making them in groups of 6: 6 cookies (either kind) or 6 squares of fudge.
Here's what donating to Boots's vet bill gets you:

$10 - your choice of one set from: 6 oatmeal raisin cookies, 6 peanut butter cornflake cookies, or 6 fudge squares
$15 - your choice of two sets from: 6 oatmeal raisin cookies, 6 peanut butter cornflake cookies, or 6 fudge squares
$20 - your choice of three sets from: 6 oatmeal raisin cookies, 6 peanut butter cornflake cookies, or 6 fudge squares

you can split it up anyway you want, like if you wanted to donate $15 you could get 12 fudge squares or 6 of the two cookie types or whatever.

You can donate through paypal to my email address, which is hooddw2 at hotmail.com. If you want to donate more than $20 I won't stop you

. Please put your address in the paypal comments along with what food you'd like, so I know where to send it.

But also as an added BONUS to people who donate: everyone who donates anything (even if you just want to donate like $5 without cookies) will get either a quick hand-drawn picture or a iidx youtube video dedicated to them, just as a silly way of saying thank you
