-Giratina is the cover Pokemon
-Battle Island introduced, like Emerald's Frontier
-The underground area where you dig for spheres and other items is now Wi-Fi enabled
-New forms of Shaymin, Giratina and Regigigas. Shaymin's other form may be part-Ice and Gira/'gigas will have the Levitate ability
-Once more, a gym leader has left their duties. It's Volkner, the 8th Gym Leader.

-New PC costume, yay >_>

Oh, and my personal tidbit:
-If past game remakes are a sign of things to come, I bet the game will be even HARDER than Diamond and Pearl.
