Same here, minus the... photo editing thing...
If you have a rough time with editing graphics, just give someone you know who does good renders a message and ask them to add text. Heck, my background was just a cut from a Master Cheif picture with render clouds in the background in the colors of an explosion. Nothing big. I don't really think graphics are a big deal unless they are super bad/nonexistant...
