does anyone know WHERE or HOW i can rent/buy either a new OR USED taiko no tatsujin arcade machine?

Does anyone know how arcades get them? are they rented? bought? who supplies?
any idea on costs? im going to japan and probably going to get it there UNLESS my local arcade will sell me the taiko machine as long as they get it serviced before hand...
any suggestions or info at all would help!
