Judging that you are from Katy, you probably haven't seen the Putt-Putt location here in Webster. The right pad is currently out for the most part because two arrows completely stopped working. The technican must have messed up the wiring when cleaning it out in mid-June. I am still waiting on them to get it fixed (I finally complained about it last Tuesday). The left pad is alright, and can be played without major problems.
The MCM machine still suffers, at last check, from major errors, including I/O errors. They haven't been able to get their kit working correctly. Was this the initial problem back in May or so when they sent the kit back to Roxor for "upgrades"?
The Namco Cyberstation @ Funplex, you might have seen a couple of ITG 2 cabs, but both were crapocabs, and had really really crappy pads, and of course everything else. They were both eventually removed, and none have been back since.
If you have been around for a while, then you may have known about the first ITG machine, the Supertracks one. It stayed there from December 2004 till the arcade closed in April 2005, then was moved to Shockwaves @ Pasadena Town Square. It hardly was played until being replaced by a DDR 1.5 mix sometime in early 2006, then that arcade closed down as the mall is being sold off and will be demolished soon.
But do you know of any other locations that have ITG right now?
Oh, and I did have to mention something. Do not go to Tilt @ Mall Of The Mainland for dance games. They have a PIU: Extra Mix that is way messed up with its pad, and the fact that they replaced their non-working big monitor with a PC monitor. Yes, a little PC monitor. Also they put in a DDR Megamix. Pads are utter crap. No more explaination to do there. The only thing I go there for nowadays is for SNK Vs Capcom, and that's when I don't travel to Tilt @ The Galleria. |
