Typically during midnight releases. During the Halo 3 Launch, we heard no less than 20 people try and pull that deadbolted door open.

As long as you don't get in our face about it, I honestly don't care. It's when people get really "I'M GONNA CALL AND COMPLAIN BECAUSE YOU WON'T BEND THE RULES FOR ME" that I get pissed, because it's not our fault.
Case in point: a woman tried to return a 6 month old Used 360 when it got the Red Rings last weekend. She had a 30 day warranty on it. We told her to buy it new so she'd get the 3 years from Microsoft. She didn't. When she brought it in, we told her to call Microsoft to see if it'd been registered yet, but she "didn't want to go to the trouble." And called Corporate to complain. They told her the same thing, but she's apparently telling everyone she knows not to shop at our store.
