edit: here's Release 1.5 which only works with Stepmania 3.9+

Banner Wheel, and Songname showing works here.
if you use only SM 3.9 and not 3.9+ either it will crash, or the banner wheel won't show. and it will look wierd.

I don't know any C++, or LUA so you won't see another release in a long time.
