I was thinking about this because Allukko and Fat Head gave one of my sims a 1 out of 10 deliberately and I think they didn't download my sim. That's why when there is an update here, disable rating the sims until they download the song.

What I'm trying to say here is that users are not allowed to rate the simfile until they download that sim.
