Megaman 7 & 8 were originally released on the SNES and PS1 respectively.

With that in mind you choose to make a regression in the series as far as graphics are concerned just because fanboys and reviewers liked 2 the best?!

The old mega man games have aged horribly, why would you go back to that style just for the sake of nostalgia?
