I really doubt the owner of a nickel city will want to drop thousands of dollars on a machine that is not only very expensive to obtain, but expensive to maintain as well. I seriously would hate to see a IIDX machine in any type of nickel nickel. The machine would get destroyed instantly by "bros" trying to be funny for their friends and fucking with the machine, or little kids being themselves and ruining the machine that way.
You're much better off to spend your own money and buy the home versions of the game. Even if an arcade in San Diego magically gets a IIDX machine, it will most likely be an older style with an unplayable horrible monitor. (Just like the last two machines that have been in San Diego.)
