Finally, after weeks of work, tweaking, and metric exploring, it's finally done. My IIDX16 inspired theme, Monarchy, for SM4 CVS 01/08, NOT SVN, k?

In comparision to other IIDX inspired themes, this one is a bit more true to IIDX style and form wise...with a little bit of DDR and a little bit of Pump Pro here and there.
