I'd also say to try your local Craigslist if you have one, sometimes you'll get some pretty decent pricing offers on those. Good thing is, even if they're not jailbroken/unlocked/activated, it's really easy to do anymore. I did it to mine in about 10 minutes by just clicking one button....so look for just normal out of the box iPhones with no mods. You can hack em up yourself.

I have a friend locally who wanted to sell his, but he flaked on one of my friends so I doubt he'll sell it online...but I'll ask. He's probably wanting between 200-250 for it. But like I said, no promises on that.
