For console releases, PIU does not have anyone to localize it in America. Mastiff did Exceed, but did a shi+ job doing it. No marketing exists for it, printed WAY more copies than they could chew, and making the release look rather dismal.

If AM could find someone to localize a US version while being convinced that it would make money (which honestly, competing with DDR, it's quite hard), then maybe. However, whoever brings it over to America really needs to be able to market the crap out of the game here to make it remotely successful, which is a feat that most American companies probably doesn't want to put up with.

And there's absolutely NO point in making music games for a console that most people don't own. The majority of the market is on PS2, that's the console of choice, especially for a game that has very little exposure here.
