The download link is not dead, people! I keep tabs on my Filefront files and it's still there. If you are having trouble perhaps I will try to upload it somewhere else when I have the time.

Don't worry. This entire pack is generally index friendly, and most the charts that do have hands also have one without them.

Keyboard. I think there are like 3 or 4 files that have real pad charts. Though, I'm sure if you're insane enough you could pad quite a few of the files in here.
