Hey, I ordered something from them last Wednesday (20th of August) and still havent received a confirmation e-mail from them or any e-mail at all. I tried sending them an e-mail from their website but when i click send it says i didnt fill something out correctly or at all but i did fill everything out. I have no way of contacting them. Does it usaully take long for them to process an order ? ps. I ordered drummania v3 and a drummania controller. Thanks.
