Drums, while better than St. Anger, are still too goddamn loud and sound horrendous. And Lars is still off-time way too often.

Hetfield's voice sucks. No two ways about that.

This is not a "return to form," this is an old, tired, washed-up band attempting to rehash what made them famous in the first place to make a few more bucks.

That said, a couple of the songs (notably the first two) are okay, but everything done here is done twice as well on Ride The Lightning.
