In all seriousness I'll probably have someone on hand to play for a minute or so while I run to the bathroom when it happens. | I was thinking the same thing. Just swapping out when I need to take a little break. It sucks, but lately my hands have started to hurt when playing for too long. Mainly the fret hand, looks like the damn game is finally taking it's toll on me.
