Any MIDI kit will work, but you need a specific MIDI->USB converter (well, one of a few models, all Yamaha ones). MIDI is a well defined standard, so any proper MIDI controller can be used on the other side of the converter (it doesn't actually even have to be a drum kit, technically speaking). |
