I managed to complete Career Mode after failing so many times along the way, not because the songs are hard..but the controls are hard to work with on the Super Hard difficulty setting.

I haven't tried the nunchuck+wii-mote combo, but I haven't had too much luck with 2 wii-motes given the occasional BOO's I received.
