Default Converting VGA to Analog Video/Audio

Since S-Video is being replaced by HD alternatives like HDMI, VGA, and DVI, I was wondering if there's a cheap way to convert a VGA (and/or HDMI if possible) video/audio signal to a Composite Video/Audio signal to go into CRT televisions, or S-Video if converting to Composite isn't possible. I have two HDTVs in my house, and none of them are in convenient places for Laptop Dual-Screen, so I'm looking for some kind of converter that works.

These look exactly like what I want:Amazon.com: 7 Inch VGA Adapter to TV S-Video RCA Out Cable: Sports & Outdoors
Amazon.com: VGA Adapter to TV S-Video RCA Out Cable for PC Video: Electronics
I highly doubt these work at all though, since there's no converter box or anything to convert the signals. These are probably just bridges or something to go into a converter box.
