Why didn't he just indicate that "I don't know how to fix it so don't ask me!!" on the note as well, and I'll never bother him.
If he could answered me politely, even though he really couldn't did anything to fix the machine, it made coustomer felt better.
I don't care about what he needs to deal with everyday with thoese stupid people because that's HIS JOB. Why should I care?

That's why I think some White people should really learn the working and servicing attitude from Japanese people because obviously they are just not professional
