Honestly, I'd have to read over the patent again, but I'm pretty sure that Konami could find a loophole in the drumscape patent. Especially since drumscape isn't actually a game. It's more like Karaoke for drums, there are no note paterns or anything to follow, you just pick a song and hit a bunch of drumpads. |
