Thanks for the comments everyone- i've been mixing on a pair of creative speakers with a sub, which, as it turns out, doesn't deliver a very flat sound. Listening to it on my speakers, it sounds fine, but the second I got a pair of headphones to try it with, I saw what you guys were talking about. Gonna give remastering a go when I have access to something that will produce a flat sound on a consistent basis. |
