I happened to notice that the Scroller page isn't up on the Theming Wiki. As fate would have it, this is precisely when I'm attempting to put one in my ScreenAlbums.

Help a brother out?

Mainly what the commands in [Scroller] mean.

(The theme in question is for 3.9Final, but I'm sure 4.0 info would be welcome.)
