Hmm......

In my case

I'm 5' 10'' and I can pass (using the SN1-SN2 difficulty scale) up to level 9 songs and I've only cleared only three level 10 songs in my life (mainly Sakura, Max 300 and I forgot the other one).

Though if you ask me:

I'll still don't believe that height is a limiting factor. (when you have games like BM IIDX where you six footers and taller people have to slouch just to see the screen when they play in the arcade)
