 Since the new DDR X Machine...
...runs on PC hardware on a modified Windows XP, wouldn't it now be a very easy task to, say, install normal Windows onto the machine and run Stepmania/OpenITG right on the built-in hardware, just like a normal PC? I would think the only issue would be getting the drivers for the pads and controllers and speakers and lights, but since it's Windows-based it shouldn't be that hard, right? I'm not a computer expert, I'm just throwing an idea out there. |
