If the machine was in E-spot.. or even Richmond, there wouldn't be this problem. Stan or most likely Eric would fix it right away if you notified them. It's just the travelling distance.. and the fact that they need to be at E-spot all the time to run that, that they cannot come to Metrotown often. Perhaps they should move the machine to E-spot...
